This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to painting and waterproofing services booked through Color Made.
Site Visits & Quotations
Site visits and estimates are provided free of charge and are non-refundable in the sense that no payment is collected for them.
Advance Payments
For confirmed projects, an advance payment may be requested to book material and schedule the painting team. Advance amounts are adjusted against the final project cost.
Cancellations
If you cancel a confirmed project before work has started, the advance amount (minus any material already procured specifically for your project) will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe. Once painting or waterproofing work has begun, charges for labour and material already used will apply.
Quality Issues
If you're not satisfied with the quality of completed work, please contact us within 7 days so we can inspect and, where the issue is due to our workmanship, carry out corrective work at no additional cost under our workmanship warranty.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after materials have been purchased and delivered to site
- Delays or access issues caused by the customer that affect scheduling
- Custom colour-matched paint that has already been mixed
